Honoring World Cancer Day: Part 2 – Julia Lefeaux

In the second part of our World Cancer Day series, we talk to Julia Lefeaux. Julia is not only an integral part of our team as a Sales Associate but also the founder of several brands based locally in Vancouver, BC. As an entrepreneur, she has built businesses that reflect her passion and creativity, and we have been proud to support her journey by providing ecommerce order fulfillment and shipping services.

Julia’s story is a testament to the strength and resilience of individuals making a difference in both business and community. Her brands are a reflection of her dedication, and we are honored to help her bring them to customers near and far.

“World Cancer Day is bittersweet for me. The sweetness lies in our collective support for those affected and our efforts to raise funds for research. The bitterness comes from the reminder that cancer spares no one, taking beautiful souls like my mom. She battled breast cancer twice, first diagnosed at 40, and despite beating it once, it returned in her 50s and took her life.

With my business, Jackson Rowe, I dedicated every October to Breast Cancer Awareness Month, creating products to raise funds. After my company closed, I founded Sondae in October 2024 to continue this mission, supporting the Canadian Breast Cancer Association. Sondae creates scarves that symbolize support and solidarity, contributing to breast cancer research. Each scarf represents strength and resilience, inviting customers to join a movement of elegance and empathy.

Ben and Gwen saw my dedication and generously supported Sondae by handling my order fulfillment and shipping. At Evolution, we are fortunate to work for owners who care deeply about their community.”
